WWL 7.34 no longer displays animated *.gif weather map

This applies to 7.34 and Windows 10x64 Pro Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.685) as well as Windows 10x64 Pro Insider Build Version 2004 (OS Build 20277.1).

Animated *.gif weather maps no longer display.

If I change the map to *.jpg, the stationary map displays okay.!

The current version available here includes a fix for that issue.
