WW : program and forecast translation

I think it would be cool to have international language support in WW. First step of translation would be translating WW program to other languages (I would be happy to do the translation into Lithuanian :slight_smile: ). Second step would be a feature, of translating weather forecast into other languages. This feature would allow you to translate words “Current Conditions, Temperature, Wind” etc. inside the forecast.
