Hi all, need some help. My WW v. 5.6.23 has stopped working. It won’t connect to the server to add cities or update existing ones. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice. I have also tried to go back to earlier versions to see if that would help and it doesn’t. I am running Windows XP Professional and IE 6.0. My fiance did install some software (Palm OS Sync software, Microsoft Money and a new version of iTunes. Not sure if any of that makes a difference. He swears he didn’t mess with any other settings, but who knows. :roll: Suggestions on things to check?
My guess would be the iTunes install. There have been reports it’s Bonjour service slows the network to a crawl. This plus mDNSresponder. So these may be impacting your WW.
