where is set the language for dates on buttons "Daily"

I see signs of question instead of names of weekday and month on the tab “Daily” of the WWL main windows (I mean this window: http://www.singerscreations.com/Images/WWL/03.png).

As one can guess, the possible cause is inproper charset (for instance, it could be russian cyrillic or china or some other non-latine alphabet symbols). But where is assigned the language and/or charset? I’ve tried to learn the sysrem regystry the branch ([HKEY_USERS%user%\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\Weather Watcher Live]), but was not ableto detect anything connected to the language or charset.

Thanks!

Weather Watcher Live uses your current Windows regional settings. Which format do you have selected in the dropdown of the “Regional and Language Options” window in the Windows Control Panel?

NB!
I could sometimes change the current Location (the lowest box at the “Regional Options” tab) to some other, may be, for Russia. But why it has not restored then?
Furthermore, I’ve erased the whole branch
[HKEY_USERS{%user%}\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\Weather Watcher Live] in the system Registry and then run WWL again, but the problem persists…
