Where/How to change forum signature in Profile ?

I cannot seem to find the proper step(s) to modify my forum signature. Any help would be appreciated.

Click your username at the top, right of this page to edit your signature.

“Signature” does not show up in IE, the original Edge, or the MS Edge Chrome.
