Weather watcher will not get weather or wall paper

I have tried deleting and reloading WW and no go. I have tried dl the new beta and still no go.The weather bos will come up and just sit there with no weather being displayed. It acts as if there is no connection. Some times I will get the server not found error. The problem seems to have atarted after I did the last MS patches. I have been running it for the last year with no problems.

Can you access Weather.com using IE?

Not now on either IE or FF. I could yesterday on both browsers.

I now can get weather.com on both browsers.Still no weather or maps on WW.

I have gotten WW to work by turning off my proxy server. I have been on a proxy server for the last year with no peoblem with WW. If I leave it off my speed drops very low on my browsers. Any suggestions?

Did you try setting up the “Proxy” section of the Weather Watcher Options?

You most likely lost your WW Proxy settings when you “tried deleting and reloading WW”. Try reenabling your proxy server and reconfig’ing WW to use it. Hopefully you remember your username and password. [:)]

I have no user name or password on my Starband Sat proxy server.
