I like the notification balloon that pops up for new weather alerts, but there’s two problems with it. It’s too small to display the entire notification (that’s probably a limit of the Windows API). If I click on it, it dismisses. The better option would be to have the weather alert open in a new window, similar to the way a map displays, or to have the weather alert pane display in WW.
