I’ve been having the same problem for several weeks. I went ahead and uninstalled it but haven’t had time to mess with reinstalling. Don’t know if I will till it gets fixed.

Just curious, have you tried using the Splendid 2 skin in your options.
If I remember correctly there was a problem with some skins in the past.

I have tried all the skins no luck

I did reinstall and it still has the problem. I’m using Win 10.

This has become a deal breaker for me because it makes WW pretty much non functional.

I understand. That’s why we’re here trying to work together to fix it

That at least tells us everything is likely installed properly.

Here are a few more things to try:

1) What happens if you temporarily disable all security software you installed? That would rule out an app blocking “wwradar.exe” (in the Weather Watcher program folder) from accessing the Internet.

2) What happens if you set a custom map URL in the “Settings” here?

For example, you could set it to this:
http://sirocco.accuweather.com/sat_mosaic_640x480_public/rs/isrpa_.jpg

Note: You’ll need to manually refresh the weather after setting this URL.
