After many years with out a hitch, my WW starts to load and then it stalls with no info, if I click anywhere on it, its gets dim and says program not responding. If i do not click it never fully loads. would it be worth a try to reinstall it?
Any secret on uninstalling it completely so get a fresh install? or is there some kind of repair I can try?

Yes. You can install the current version right over top of your existing installation. Uninstalling first won’t be beneficial.
