Wall paper quit updating after the latest Windows update. Switched to different wallpapers, none seem to update. Have checked all my setting, nothing seems to work.

Which version of Weather Watcher are you using?
Please post a screenshot of the “Wallpaper” section of the Weather Watcher Options window so I can see your wallpaper settings.
It is updating but only once a day right now

Open that link in your web browser and then compare the loaded image to your wallpaper. The timestamp at the bottom of the map should be identical in both places if the map is updating within Weather Watcher.
