Turned Zone Lab Firewall Off, Still Can't Send

I get no confirmation that my note has been sent even after I disable my firewall.
Any suggestions?

No confirmation…

Port 1979 UDP needs to be open on BOTH computers. If you’re sending outside your local network, both routers needs to be configured to forward port 1979 UDP to the desired computer.
