This is purely a decorative, whim suggestion, but it would be fun. Would it be possible to have the temperature readout in the tray change color based on the temp. ie at 10F, it would be dark blue, at 50F, green and at 110F, bright red. Maybe it could change every 10 degrees, something along the lines of the colored temperature ranges on a newspaper weather map.
