On one of my PCs four Condition Icons display on the left side of the Tooltip Pop-Up. On the other PC only one Condition Icon is displayed.

Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking “I will just do this quickly.”

That feature is only available in Weather Watcher Live:

Check the “Display upcoming hourly condition icons” box in the “Advanced” section of the Weather Watcher Live Options window.
