I am seeing red in the system tray for 28 It should be blue right?

Just thought, is the red color for an alert?

The color setting in your screenshot only applies to the thermometer in the main Weather Watcher Live window.

Red is the default tray icon background color when a weather alert is available. You can modify the tray icon colors in the “Tray Icon” --> “Colors” section of the Weather Watcher Live Options window.
