Hi,

Everytime I start a Windows 7 session, a Weather Watcher Live window with observations at my station appears on the desktop until I move my cursor, at which point it dissapears.

It’s a minor issue but I was wondering if it’s normal and if I can stop it from doing that.

I have a few questions for you:

1) What do you mean by starting a Windows 7 session? Do you mean starting up your computer?

2) Is this the same window you see when pointing your mouse at the Weather Watcher Live system tray icon?

  1. Yes, when starting my computer.

  2. Yes, it’s the same thing as when I point my cursor on the WW tray icon.

BTW, I changed my computer recently and reinstalled Weather Watcher and it still does the same thing.

Does the same thing happen if you shut down Weather Watcher Live and restart it after Windows is always running? Or does it only happen when Windows starts?

I just tried it and no, it doesn’t bring up the pop-up window when I restart WWL. It only does it when Windows starts up.
