I have thought of something that would be a realy great funktion with the log-funktion.
If Weather Watcher could start up Windows f. eks. every hour, then download the newest weatherdata, and then shut down Windows again.
In that way, I could collect the local weatherdata without having a machine running 24 hours a day…
Would that be possible ?

Where would Weather Watcher be running to count the seconds between downloads if the pc is off?
How about a timer that the pc would plug into that would turn the pc on for a couple of minutes every hour then off again?
If you leave the pc on you could turn the monitor off which would save resources.
