SKIN UPDATES STALLS IN VISTA

I’m using WW Version 5.6.48

I’m using Vista Home Premium. WW is set to open when the computer starts. When WW opens it tries update its skins and every time, since that feature was added, I end with a “not responding error” and have to close WW and restart it. After that - it works fine.

Is there a solution to this or is there a way for me to disable the skin update function?

Are you logged into Windows as an administrator? If not, try running Weather Watcher Live once as an administrator to see if that resolves the issue.
