I had what used to be called a gadget in previous versions of windows that displayed current conditions and forecast for upcoming 6 days that sat on the right side of my screen on top of everything. I have Desktop Coral, where I can place anything I like – that takes care of the always on top issue. Is there a way I can adjust the daily window of WWL to make it tall and narrow so I can park it along the edge of my monitor?

The main Weather Watcher window can be resized by clicking and dragging the little arrow in the bottom, right corner. The minimum size is much larger than the column in your screenshot above. There is really too much data in that window to allow it to be resized like that.
