Severe weather alert filter

In the WW beta version that I downloaded a year or so ago, (I don’t recall the version number, unfortunately,) there was a filter for the severe weather alerts, so that you didn’t have to see alerts about, for instance, the grassland fire danger index if you didn’t want to.

What happened to that, and can it come back? I really don’t care much about the grassland fire danger index, and would just as soon not see alerts related to it.

That option is in 5.6 beta 11 under the Options>Severe Alert tab. You should try it, it’s an extremely stable release.

Thanks, I actually was doing that just before you replied.

Is the filter only in the beta versions?

Reading the “Readme” file, it seems that the filter may be a feature in this version. Yippee!

At this point, yes. If 5.6 ever gets finalized as it should be in that too.

Have no fear using Beta 11, it’s a very solid app at this point.
