I’ve got Windows 2000. It used to be that Weather Watcher would flash my system tray icon if there were a severe alert. It no longer does this in 5.6.2. I’ve tried both checking and unchecking “Show tray balloon when new severe alert is retrieved” - it makes no difference. (And, of course, there are no tray balloons in W2K.)
