"Server Not Found" when searching for cities

A new version of Weather Watcher has been released to fix the city search feature. It kept returning the “Server Not Found” message after every search.

:sad: Mike, my sister is having an issue with the “server not found” after she installed the new version (5.6.9). This happens when she tried to add my city. Zip code seems to work, then it pops up and says again “server not found”

Can you help me help her? She has XP Home Edition and uses IE (YEK!)

The problem could be her firewall, antivirus, antispyware, or IE settings. Have her look at this FAQ and see if that helps.

Remember both ww.exe and dl.exe need access to the 'net for Weather Watcher to work.
