Request: disable tooltip entirely

Hello,

New WW user, like it very much, but I wish I could turn off the tooltip entirely. I mouse over my system tray frequently and I find the flashing an annoyance.

It would seem logical that if I uncheck all the tooltip items I should get no tooltip at all…

Well, I find if I turn off the skinned tooltip and restrict it to one or two items I’m quite happy with it, so in the immortal words, “Never mind…”
