Problems to use the program, do not let me choose my location

Hello, good night my name is Luiz Paulo
I downloaded the program from you, installed and enabled the same using my email however I am having problems to use the program, it does not allow me to choose Brazil or any other season to know the time.
Program version 7.2.111

Problemas para usar o programa, não deixa eu escolher minha localização.

Ola Boa noite, Me chamo Luiz Paulo.
Baixei o programa de vocês, instalei e habilitei o mesmo usando meu e-mail no entanto estou com problemas para usar o programa, ele não me permite escolher o Brazil ou qualquer outra estação para saber o tempo.

You should be able to resolve this issue by doing the following:

1) Make sure you have Internet Explorer 10 (or higher) installed. This is required since Weather Watcher uses an Internet Explorer control to display a Google Maps map in that window (and Google Maps requires at least Internet Explorer 10).

2) Reinstall the current version of Weather Watcher over top of your current Weather Watcher installation. You can download the current Weather Watcher installer here.
