When the problem occurs, do a Screen Print then paste it into Paint and save it. Then post it or zip it and send it to me.
I tried posting the file as a JPG file but that didn’t work. I have saved the screen as a BMP file but can’t post it. I will need to find out how. The time is my midnight and your 8.00am and the N/A is showing. I tried uploading the pic to an album and posting the link but that only showed the URL address and not the pic.

Unfortunately there’s not much you can do about it. It’s a weather.com problem and informing them is your only option. :sad:

I had never heard of this happening before about 4 months ago and your now the 3rd person to report it so it’s not unheard of. Whether weather.com is aware of it is not known but if no one tells them it will never get resolved.

Thanks for all of your help Ed. I have advised weather.com of my issue but whether (pardon the pun) anything happens is not known but also not likely.

I know it’s well into January but hey, this is my first post since last year to Happy New Year.
I emailed weather.com about the N/A showing up for my home town appearing after about 10pm AEDST but got no reply. Recently I started opening up Weather Watcher and to my surprise and delight, the weather keeps updating after this bewitching time. I don’t know if it was coincidence or weather.com checked it out and fixed the problem but I am greateful to either and both.
