Prevent Weather Alert Window from popping up in full screen?

Hello,

Would it be possible to add a option to prevent the Weather Alert Window from popping up when running something in full screen mode. Like for example video games or watching a movie with something like Kodi?

See what is happening is when I am watching a movie with Kodi when the alert window pops up it minimizes Kodi to the taskbar and sends me to the desktop. It would be great if you could either stop the alert window from popping up at all when in full screen mode. Or perhaps maybe even better the alert window could still pop up in the backround on the desktop without knocking me off full screen mode.

You can prevent the weather alert window from opening by unchecking this check box:

I don’t think there is anything I can do on my end to prevent the Weather Watcher window from interfering with Kodi. It’s just a normal Windows window. Perhaps the makers of Kodi could somehow prevent their window from being disturbed when opened at full screen.
