The current sequencing of the Options tabs seems a bit disjointed. ie related options aren’t close to each other.
I suggest this arrangement;
General; Active City; AutoUpdate; On Download; Proxy
Severe Alerts; Sounds; Maps; Wallpaper; Export; Log
Tray Icon; Tray Tooltip; Tray Menu; Conversion; Skins; Moods
