Using WWL v7.1.52, Windows 7 Ultimate.
When clicking on Open Weather Watcher Live (right click on icon in system tray), no window opens. Instead I get an “instance” on the task bar that doesn’t respond to any mouse command - it just “blinks” with no further action including the “close window” command. The only way I’ve found to get out of this situation is to exit the program.
