No wallpaper?

Hi, I had to create a new account on my computer and now I can’t get now wall paper to show.
I run windows 7 4gigs of ram and 190 gigs open on my HD
WWL 7.0.25

Any Ideas,

Please upgrade to the latest version of Weather Watcher Live using the link below. After upgrading, please post a screenshot of the “Wallpaper” section of the Weather Watcher Live Options window.
