Move location point in Map with hand icon

Hi!
I use Spendid4 skin of WW. 7.2.292(win 10), Map Zoom level 3
When I click on the miniature Map in WW’s window the map zooms in, but I can’t navigate on the map with the hand icon, if I click on it the zoom is gone and appears the WW original window. Why can’t I navigate on the map like in the map of the local tab?

The map is a static image, so there is no way to navigate around it like you’d do on a map website like Google Maps.

You can use the radar maps in the “Maps” menu to take a closer look:

Hi!
I have a question again about this map. The local weather station I usually use does not show the map for three days (empty space), the other nearby local station show the proper map image. How can I fix it or is the station’s fault?

The map should display for any location. Which local station isn’t working?
