AccWeather has this on there phone apps. Can something like this be added?

Minute by minute weather forcasts for the next two hours hyper-localized to your exact street address includes precipitation type and insenstly, and start and end times for precipitation.

I did look into adding something like that – via Dark Sky (darkskyapp.com). They only predict rainfall an hour in advance though.

This would be cool if you added this. Wopuld make the program even better.
