After recently updating to lastest version, my main window is larger than normal, infact is almost larger than my screen resolution(1024x768). What can I do?

I had the same issue after updating and found the answer by right clicking my WWL desktop icon, going to properties, then compatibility. I already had mine set to run in Win 7 mode as well as administrator but then also checked "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings. I then shut down WWL and re-opened it and found that I then had the little crosshatch triangle in the bottom right of the display which is used to re-size the window. Hope this helps,
