If the local window is minimized, it should be restored if the “Local” link is clicked again on the main Weather Watcher Live window. I’ll have to take a look at that to see what isn’t working as expected.
I did some testing and was unable to reproduce a scenario where the local window was minimized when opened. Perhaps you opened it, minimized it, and then clicked the “Local” link to reopen the window?
