I am positive I paid my first one year licence via Paypal about a week ago, but have just got a pop up saying my free trial is about to end and do I want to purchase?

You purchased a license on the 18th. You need to enter the license key that was emailed to you in the “License” section of the Weather Watcher Live Options window. If you did not receive your license key, then please send an email to [email protected].
