Installion problem re: file WW5634setup.exe

When Installing file WW5634setup.exe I get the following error messages:

  1. Unable to execute file c:program files\weather watcher\ww.exe
    Create Process failed; Code 5
    Access is denied

Notes:

  1. Wnen trying to execute ww.exe error message reads: ww.exe is not a valid application.

  2. When attempting to uninstall WW error message reads: Cannot remove dl.exe or ww.exe - no permission

  3. Install operation wiped out previous version - now have nothing!!!

Are you using a limited Windows account? If so, can you log on as an administrator? It looks like you do not have permission to overwrite and/or delete your current Weather Watcher installation.
