WeatherBug does not currently have access to hourly data for locations outside of the US. I know they are working to get a hold of that data. I will surely add it as soon as I have access to it.
As for the data Weather Watcher uses, I’m thinking of making those stations available in Weather Watcher Live. In the meantime, you could switch back to Weather Watcher if the hourly data is important.
