Hangs when searching for city

Problem

Weather Watcher hangs when attempting to
search for a city. The city search
status sticks on “Searching…”.

Solution

  1. Check your Internet connection.

  2. If you have a firewall, make sure it
    is not blocking the “DL.EXE” program
    that is in your Weather Watcher
    program folder.
