Can I change the font size on this mouse over (current conditions)popup window?

As a matter of fact you can.
In the Weather Watcher\Skins\Tooltip\Classic folder there is a file named Skin.ini. This can be opened with Notepad or any text file editor. Within it you will find:
[Skin]
FontColor=0,26,53
FontFace=Verdana
FontSize=8
Change the latter parm to a different value, then Save the updated file. If you don’t see the effects of your change right away recycle Weather Watcher.
