This normally happens when a Weather Watcher update setup is installed on a computer that did not previously have Weather Watcher installed. The update setups do not include the needed Windows system files, which is why the Weather Watcher system tray icon disappears when mousing over it.
To fix this problem, download and install a new Weather Watcher full setup from the links at the top of www.SingersCreations.com.
While your posting of these suggestions is a great idea and formatting the Subject matter to make them readily identifiable very good also I think a separate forum section or subsection for such postings might be a good idea also. imho
