Do you know whether weather.com respects the European DST?
Now it is 17:29 p.m. in Bulgaria, but the current conditions at weather.com are from 16:00 p.m. (They are updated every 30 minutes there.)
At the same time, WW says “Observed: 16:00” as well.
Do you know whether this is correct?
