Ed,
It’s hard to believe your viewing WW files full screen. If you haven’t seen it it should look something like this:
ImageShack - Best place for all of your image hosting and image sharing needs
What is the name of the folder where you installed Weather Watcher? What weather icons are you trying to use? The variable images are all Javascript based so it’s strange that you get one and not the others.
I installed the app to
C:\utilities\Weather Watcher
Here is the directory list
C:\utilities\Weather Watcher>dir
Volume in drive C is Drive_C_SATA
Volume Serial Number is 880F-4DB4
Directory of C:\utilities\Weather Watcher

Hi there,
Just to let you know that I’m having the exact same problem as mentioned by Irv.
If I change everything to classic skin it works fine.
If not it complained with script errors about words not being defined such as todayExpired etc…
Of course I’ve tried pretty much everything everyone has suggested on this and other forums. Nothing has made any difference.
The problem started happening for me with IE7 also.
Hope it helps.

Interestingly I just noticed that Irv is also using RoboForm - I too am using this…maybe theres some clash or something…
My problem
Mad Max,
I think my problem was really due to where I installed the program. I didn’t use the default location. Mike gave me an updated program and it is working fine.

OK - thanks for the reply Irv.
I’m installing it in C:\utilities\desktop\Weather Watcher
that should be ok - actually I have 2 machines and only one has the problem… very strange…
I’m installing it on the same path on both machines.
Thanks for any advice!
Mad Max,
Very close to where I had it placed, C:\utilities\weather watcher (Great minds think alike  )
Anyway, Mike gave me a more recent version and I think we needed 2 iterations to make it work OK.
I didn’t drop RoboForm during any of this.

The only times a path impacts an app are when it contains spaces, special characters or has a security effect. Weather Watcher has never had a problem with the spaces in name.
What path did you use initially ispalten .
Oh, I see. We dbl posted.
