Does not start minimized

Hello,
Even though having enabled on general rules:
1- Started minimized (On Startup)
2- Start WW Live when windows starts (Miscelaneous)

WW live DOES NOT start minimized

NOTE: This never happened with old WW

Same issue here—does not start minimized

I installed the latest version 0.0.32 (Beta) and it opens up a white box in the middle of my screen where the Weather Watcher window normally opens and does not display anything. Have to exit from the program and re-load. If I try to use some controls such as the Minimize button I get the white box too.
