i can’t remember anything about the previous versions of weather watcher doing this, but i thought i’d mention it anyway…
for time displays (display on taskbar icon when the mouse is over it, sunrise/sunset, observed/downloaded time), when it is the top of the hour, only the hour and AM/PM is displayed [9 PM].
in my opinion, it isn’t a problem that its displayed this way. its the same time each way [:)]
