Display Observation Station Location?

Mike,

Wonderful program. Tried many different Weather apps, uninstalled all. Definitely deserve a pat on the back.

My question is, and I hope I am posting this in the right catagory, is there a way to display the Observation Stations actual location instead of the coded Alpha / Alpha Numeric code, example;

Observed Friday, January 25, @ 5:00 PM CST @ T72531048

to look more like…

Observed Friday, January 25, @ 5:00 PM CST @ Chicago/O’Hare International Airport

Would be nice to know the location of the observation, like that on the National Weather Service page. If this is not at all feasible, is there a list that defines the codes?

Thank you

mvigilante, I only have the latitude and longitude of the weather stations. For some reason, weather.com does not reveal the station source.

I kinda’ suspected that might be the case. It certainly would be a nice feature
to WW. Overall, WW is probably the best desktop weather application
available on the net. You did a fantastic job at keeping the interface very
“clean” and “basic”.

Thank you for your response.
