WWL 7.1.06 has not adjusted the sunrise/sunset times for DST. I tried restarting both WWL and Windows. Same issue with Windows 7 and Windows 8 CP. Is this a problem with WWL or the weather station?

It’s most likely a problem with my data source. I see the same issue at my weather station. All will probably be back to normal tomorrow.
Problem also with WW 5.6 in NZ we changed back to standard time on 1 April 2012 but interface still is an hour ahead? We are now 12 hours ahead of UTC, not 13.
