The date format on the Lof file does not appear to respect Regional settings. This causes issues when trying to process the Log file with programs that use the Regional settings. For Canada, the format is usually dd/mm/yyyy.
Which tag from your log template is printing the date that you’re referring to? It might be helpful to see what your output looks like too.

The Tag is [Updated DateTime]. My regional settings are English Canada, date format dd/mm/yyyy. The Output for July 31 from WWL is:
7/31/2008 8:00:00 AM,Ottawa, Canada (Ottawa International Airport),20,18.9,94,1.3,100.2,0
7/31/2008 9:00:00 AM,Ottawa, Canada (Ottawa International Airport),21,18.9,88,2.2,100.2,0
7/31/2008 10:00:00 AM,Ottawa, Canada (Ottawa International Airport),22,17.8,78,3.6,100.2,0
