If you are unable to retrieve the weather, double-check that your cookies are enabled in Internet Explorer. If they are disabled, you will most likely have problems when you attempt to retrieve the weather via Weather Watcher.
Is this still true? I refreshed the weather and see no updates to my cookies.

Yes, before I posted under General Suggestions, I did a search on “cookies” and found this topic. I noticed the date and that is why I wondered if it were still valid. I guess from the way you answered, that it is no longer valid.
