Hey,
If you change the skin of Weather Watch via options when Weather Watcher is minimized to system tray and then reopen Weather Watcher it looks like this:

It happens for all three skins, no matter which one you change to. Again only happens if you change skins via system tray while weather watcher is miniized to system tray.
