Blank Local screen

Since updating tp 7.1.39, when I click on Local, the pop up screen stays blank! Was working ok in previous version. Logged to Christchurch Hoon Hay PWS, using Weatherbug, and Firefox browser, altho is the same in IE 8.

I tried that weather station and the Local window loaded okay, so the issue is probably not related to the weather station. Did you try reinstalling a new 7.1.39 installer over top of your existing Weather Watcher Live installation?
