Weather Watcher live loses autostart check mark with every reboot of computer.
Try the following:
1) If checked, uncheck the “Store user files in the Weather Watcher Live program folder” in the “General” section of the Weather Watcher Live Options window. Restart Weather Watcher Live. And then go back into the “General” section of the Weather Watcher Live Options window and check the “Start Weather Watcher Live when Windows starts” box.
2) If #1 does not apply, check that you’re not running any type of security software that is controlling the applications that are allowed to auto start. Windows does not come installed with such an application, so you should have an idea of what could be doing this since it would be an application you installed.
