WW won't update

I’ve had WW for a month now and can’t seem to get it to update. It only updates when I turn the pc on. What am I missing?

What does the Weather Watcher Option’s Auto Update tab show?

I have the first 3 boxes checked and the time is set for every hour.

Try unchecking the first box.
